Who runs on SMS-Patrol
From three-officer mobile patrol outfits to multi-site contract guarding firms — and what each of them came to us to fix.
We do not publish our customers' logos
Security companies compete with each other, often for the same contracts. Plenty of our customers would rather their competitors did not know exactly how they run their operation, or what they pay for it — and we think that is a reasonable position.
So instead of a wall of badges, here is something more useful: the kinds of company that use SMS-Patrol, the specific problem each of them came to us with, and how the system is set up to solve it. If you recognise your own operation in one of them, that will tell you far more than a logo would.
And if you want to speak to an actual customer before you commit, ask us on the demo call — we will introduce you to one running something close to your setup, with their permission.
What customers tell us
“We cut our scheduling time by about 70% in the first week. The GPS tracking alone paid for itself — we caught two guards not completing their routes within the first month.”
“Invoicing used to take half a day every week. Now it takes 10 minutes. The automated reports we send to clients have genuinely helped us win new contracts.”
“The incident reporting changed everything for us. Everything is logged, timestamped and stored. No more disputes with clients about what happened.”
Three kinds of company, three different problems
The same platform, solving quite different day-to-day headaches.
The mobile patrol firm
Six officers, forty sites, several visits per site per night. Their problem was proving to each client that their site was genuinely visited the agreed number of times.
- GPS and NFC checkpoints at every site
- Required visit counts per night
- Automatic weekly report per client
The contract guarding company
Sixty officers on static posts across a dozen contracts. Their problem was the rota, the constant cover changes, and a month-end invoicing process that ate two days.
- Repeating patterns copied forward
- Booked hours against worked hours
- Per-client rates feeding invoices
The construction specialist
Twenty-five officers on building sites, mostly nights, mostly alone. Their problem was lone worker duty of care and evidencing patrols to sceptical site managers.
- SOS and check-in timers on every shift
- Weatherproof NFC tags on gates and plant
- Morning report to each site manager

If you are seriously evaluating us and want to hear it from an operator rather than from us, ask on the demo call. We will put you in touch with a customer running something similar to your operation.
