What isn't included
Physical NFC tags and printed QR labels — but they cost pennies each and you can buy them from any supplier. Nothing about them is proprietary to us.
Support costs nothing extra
Phone, email and WhatsApp support from a UK team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Urgent operational problems get picked up outside those hours too.
Your data stays yours
Export patrols, incidents, timesheets and invoices to PDF or Excel at any time. If you leave, you take your history with you.

£60 per month for up to 40 guards and £100 per month for up to 100 guards. Above 100 guards we price separately based on your headcount and number of sites — it stays low. All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
For the whole company. £60 covers every one of your first 40 officers, every site, every checkpoint and every office user. Most guard tour systems charge per guard per month, which is why they get expensive quickly as you grow.
You move up to the £100 plan, which covers you to 100 guards. Nothing stops working and nobody is locked out — we just adjust your next invoice. Over 100 guards, get in touch and we will quote.
Neither. Setup, configuration and training are included, and the subscription is rolling month to month. If it is not working for you, cancel and the billing stops.
Not from us. Guards use their own Android or iPhone. If you want physical checkpoints, NFC tags and printed QR codes cost a few pence each and you can buy them anywhere — or start with GPS-only checkpoints and add tags later.
Yes. GPS tracking, checkpoint scanning, rotas, incident reporting, SOS alerts, timesheets, invoicing and reports are all in the base price. The only thing that changes between plans is how many guards you can have.
No. Add as many supervisors, controllers, managers and admin logins as you like at no extra cost. Only guard headcount affects the price.
